About Pinpoint Answer Today
This is an independent fan site about LinkedIn Pinpoint, run by a daily player since the game launched in late 2024. What started as a personal habit — five clues a day, one good "ohhh" moment — eventually became this site.
Why this site exists
When I got stuck on a Pinpoint puzzle, most "answer" pages I found just dropped the solution at the top of the article. No reasoning. No record of the wrong guesses that taught me something. That felt backward — half the fun of Pinpoint is the moment a clue suddenly clicks, and skipping straight to the answer kills that.
So I built the site I wished existed:
- The answer is here, but not before the thinking.
- Each clue gets explained — what it could mean, why early guesses might fail, and the moment the connection becomes obvious.
- No spoilers above the fold unless you ask for them.
How each post gets written
Every Pinpoint write-up on this site comes from actually solving that day's puzzle first — never from copying or paraphrasing what other sites have published. The daily process:
- Play the puzzle live, the day it drops, without looking at any other site.
- Track the wrong guesses — these are usually where the most useful insight is.
- Note the "click" moment — which specific clue made the category obvious.
- Write it up in the same voice you'd use telling a friend over coffee.
- Verify the answer against LinkedIn's official puzzle before publishing.
The site updates every day, usually within minutes of the new puzzle going live.
What you'll find here
- Today's Pinpoint answer (with optional spoiler-free hints first)
- Daily clue-by-clue breakdowns — five clues, how each one steers your thinking
- A complete archive of past Pinpoint puzzles you can look back through
- Pattern notes — when the same category type comes up again, the post will say so
What this site is not
To be clear:
- Not affiliated with LinkedIn. LinkedIn Pinpoint is a game made by LinkedIn; this site is an independent fan project.
- Not an answer aggregator. Every post is written from the perspective of someone who just solved that puzzle, not pulled from other sites.
- Not behind a paywall. The site is free and supported by ads.
